Nice work Marco, I see we have similar academic/professional backgrounds. How was MIT?

 

Sorry to be thick, but could you put an arrow on one of those "plug welds"?

 

MIT is everything that it's cracked up to be... :-D

I've added some shots of the SuperV8 plums, as the OEM plug welds were obliterated by rot on the 1997 car. Highlighted in the second photo here.

I look for such holes because if water can get in, so can water displacing oil mixes.
