XJ8 2003 MY Differential
Okay, so I am doing some maintenance on my '03 XJ8 and I want to change the diff oil, I look around and find what appears to be just one opening in the diff... am I missing something, or is there not a drain and a fill plug?
any help would be great.

Joey, odds are, you will need to use a vacuum pump or other similar device to remove the fluid. This device can be picked up from any auto parts store for around $15. Other than needing the vacuum pump, the rest is really easy. I think it took me about 30 minutes to do the rear differential on my X-Type.
Drain plug in the bottom? Do I have to remove the plate to find it? The only plug I seen was the back. I looked in the hole in the plate and no plug, this is why I ask.
ORIGINAL: BRUTAL
drain plug in the bottom, and fill plug in the back...fill till runs out the back hole and then close back up, and dont crank it, it only takes a snug
