Hand brake light stays on when in the released position goes off now and then brake fluid level sensor within test limits h/brake switch replaced all connectios clean and sound have grounded the wire, light stays on looking for a fix for this pest of a problem.

I'd check the wiring the switch plugs into, there could be a short/break around there.
