Have you cleaned the Part Load Breather tube yet? If it is clogged, it can create a real mess in the air filter intake. From my first-hand experience.

 

I'm going to check the air box again at the weekend to see how much oil is in it. There was about 2-3 tablespoons full last time. I've also noticed oil seeping out from the crank shaft sensor. Is there a seal that can be replaced on those, and if so, how easy are the to remove?
