I have read several post regarding sound systems dead after the battery is removed or after sometime not using the car. Now I suffered the same; I had an accident with my car where I crashed it last May and the insurers repaired it at the local official dealer; once the repairs were done and the car was ready to be delivered, they found the stereo is not working. The radio is totally dead, no display, sounds or lights, although the energy seems to be delivered to the device.
They had taken 4 days to investigate the cause, but no news so far. Does anyone who had had the same problem before can give me any clue about where to look at? Thanks
