Is a 2001 VP long wheelbase

 

It's a VDP....Vanden Plas and the US version is the long wheelbase and it should have picnic tables in the back. The rear doors are 4" longer than the front.
Mine, I need to update the pic since she properly has Michelin's on her now...

 

What a beauty "VDP" is cool man.... I believe you can delete the picnic tables

 

The picnic tables actually add a sense of elegance with the wood finish. Where as if swapped off of a standard XJ8, it would just be a plastic back cover with a lot of one solid color and lacking style.

 

They also have XJ8L which is a long wheelbase XJ8.

 

I have the same chassis X300 SWB and the rear side window will measure 36 inches on the bottom of the glass along the chrome trim

The LWB will measure the same dimension as longer like 42 inches abouts
