Default Xjr 2000, 01, 02

I'm thinking of buying a Jaguar XJR 2000, 01, 02. What sort of price should I expect to pay (US$/C$). Thanks.

The variance in condition, and maintenance could mean a great swing in price commanded by the cars. You can find them for $1000 or under, or you can pay $10000, it's really hard to give an idea without knowing the shape of the cars being looked at.

Like CharlzO said, it depends on the condition, maintenance, and mileage the car has. For a Jaguar XJR from 2000-2003 in good condition with 50k-100K miles, you are looking anywhere $5k-$9k.

What is everyone's opinion on how much a 2002 XJR 100 would cost? Asking for a friend. :-)

Totally worthless. In fact, it'll cost money to own. I will begrudgingly fall on the grenade and take it off their hands at zero cost, to save your 'friend' money in the long run.

NO, No, me first: I want to be the "sacred official lamb!"

Really, how many miles and how close to Virginia Beach?

Three years ago I paid looked all over the country for a superb XJR. I paid $13,000 US for one owner car from California with about 55k miles. I know, it was on the high side and it needed a few things but the car was/is immaculate. I’ve put about 20k miles on it since and it’s been almost trouble free and I couldn’t be happier. I’m in love with this car. I’d pay a premium again if I found the right car.

Much better than I did. Some areas lend better to the pricing. Sticker on mine was 9k for an '03 with 100k on the clock, that also needed some suspension refreshing that I found later. Probably was at best, a 5k car. But it was shiny, so....
