xjr brake pad clip

Mine has them on all four corners. I've also been known to forget the dumb things when doing pads from time to time and remember a week afterwards when I see it in the tool box. It's not going to do anything to not have it other than a little rattle perhaps, but yes, there would usually be one on each caliper.

The Rockauto items look correct, but I'm unsure what model Jaguar you have, your post says XJR, which I believe has Brembo brakes, but your pictures look like standard XJ8 brakes. And you list your car as also being a 1996 XJ6, so maybe that is what you have?
