Is it possible to remove the injectors without taking the charge coolers off? Haven't tried yet, but it looks pretty cramped there...

I guess no-one has ever removed the injectors from a supercharged engine.

I got the E85 piggyback system, but the gap between the valve cover and the cooler is too tight even for the injector connectors to come through... I'm planning to have the tensioners and chains replaced soon anyway (and perhaps upgrade the lower pulley too), so I was thinking about having the injectors replaced with bigger ones on the same go...

Does anyone know if those 550cc injectors are available anywhere in Europe? I guess Buckhead can ship them over, but I'd rather avoid paying the extra taxes.

Avos, are those 4.2 injectors a direct fit?

No, you need the fuel rail/manifold from a 4.2 engine as well.

Import tax for the injector kit that Buckhead is selling would be almost 300€...

Is the fuel pressure regulator adjustable on these cars?

The stock one isn't adjustable, I am using the Tomei FPR L version, am pretty pleased with it so far.

Do the 550cc injectors require ECU tuning, or is the 20% fuel trim that the ECU can handle without throwing a code enough for them?

Price of regular gas is on the rise again here, and it's getting easier and easier to justify the cost of bigger injectors...
