Default XJR Injectors: 98JV-AD vs 96JV-AF

Hello, recently ordered a couple replacement injectors by year/make/model and went to replace them only to discover the original injectors are Blue 98JV-AD and the replacements are Green 96JV-AF's, are these injectors interchangeable? Thank you!

Don't know for sure, but who'd you buy them from and why? ....who's the maker and is that the only part number on them?

I purchase replacements through a wholesale parts supplier I use through my work (Automotive repair), I originally removed the OE injectors for an aftermarket set of 550cc side feed EV1 style injectors. I've been running into a few tuning issues so I decided to re-install the original injectors to narrow down variables. I misplaced one of the injectors and needed to order one, thus the blue vs green conversation we're having now.

I’d contact the seller first. Don’t just install them on a whim as you probably know, PITA to replace supercharged injectors.

According to the parts catalogue (and parts suppliers websites), the green injectors (LCA1521AF) are for NA engines and blue injectors (LCC1521AD) are for supercharged. The "AF" and "AD" in the mentioned Jag part numbers appear to correspond to the AF & AD stamped on the injectors.

Otherwise, the specs for these Denso injectors seems unavailable so there is no way to establish what the difference in flow is between
98JV-AD and 96JV-AF. As they carry different Jaguar part numbers, they are probably different and not interchangeable.

Thank you for that info, I didn't realize the NA variant used side feed injectors like the SC versions do.
