I recently removed my supercharger to replace knock sensors and have the car completely back together ... My first start up went like this over first 30 seconds.... Motor immediately fired up and sounded excellent for about 10 seconds. Quickly after, motor started running extremely, extremely rough and then stalled out.

Now when I fire up, the car immediately stalls out. I have read through a few posts and my first thought is a vacuum leak.

Any thoughts on where I should first start to fix?

 

If it really is a vacuum leak, I would look at the rubber seals where the SC outlet plenum connects to the intercoolers. There are two varieties of replacement - one for the AJ 26 and a different one for AJ27. If they were not pinched in there right, I believe the vacuum could have sucked them in and make a major vacuum leak. You should hear a vacuum leak that is as bad as what you say. Run your hands around (careful at the front!) and listen for changes in any whistle.

I unfortunately can't get the car running long enough to check where a noise id coming from. The car stalls out immediately after it starts (but it starts every time).

I did a visual inspection of where the plenum and inlet duct into coolers and tehy both look good visually (but leaks are not found visually - I know). So , I'm kind of at a standstill.

I should have video taped the first start for everyone to see and listen to.

 

you know I am having exactly the same issue as we speak I just bought them maybe in october I replaced my manifold gasket .yesterday .
I'm now hearing the whistle that is coming from the top supercharger it just came out of no where they look around the edge kinda wrinkled and warp?? why so?my car sounds horriable and itstalls out rpm gauge jumps down it feels slow my braking is bad no power it seems please help
