Hello, I have a mysterious phenomenon on my XJR from 2000. I had changed the supercharger oil about 3000km ago and I noticed that there was quite little oil in the supercharger. Now the oil in the supercharger has already almost "disappeared" again. I have very slight oil loss in the rear under the engine, so that after driving a small drop of oil hangs on the transmission bell. This has stopped since a few days and I suspect a connection with the low oil level in the supercharger. Until now I had thought the drop was from the rear crankshaft oil seal.

My question: has anyone had a similar experience? Where/how can the supercharger lose its oil and which seals would be replaced here?

Please ignore my previous question. Even if it is embarrassing, I simply "searched" too little with the hose of the filler syringe yesterday during the second oil change of the Supercharger. When I looked again, I came across oil ;-)
