If you children don't stop squabbling (Avis, Thunderkitten, Bucked Teeth Performance) the 'Daddy' engine developer of your engines will have to show you how it's done!

My brain is currently engrossed with Mopar low deck stroker 470 cu in rebuild and mating it to a Tremec 6 speed in my 1970 Challenger and you guys are distracting me .

I really want to tear into the Jag but I need to face one project at a time!

If you're willing to provide guidance and direction, I'll do the wrenching since I'm in the middle of a project.....It would be the best of both worlds for you

Not sure what they cost in the states, but here I got them for 150 euros per piece iirc. Would do the job when you transmission oil has to be changed anyway, then it is only another extra hour to swap the solenoids.

I guess it does make a little difference, just the firmer shift gives a better feeling, but as I’m not doing any speed measurements, I can’t tell what the actual difference is. I would expect the best noticeable/measurable effect will come from the combo solenoids & TCM tune.
