Changed the front shock bushings some 3 years ago to these black ones. When I opened by bonnet recently, this is what I saw.I am really pissed off with these bushings. Are there any available types more durable than these standard ones, especially in a tropical environment?
I will be very grateful for information on more durable shock bushings.

 

Your best bet would be oem (foam type) upper shock mounts. Those aftermarket white foam ones are junk too. You put the car on a lift one time and those white foam ones get squished. The other aftermarket welsh ones (black dogs) melt into playdoh.
