Hello Everyone

I was working onmy broken instrument panel clusterand when I got it back together, the car does not crank and the radio is dead. I took a test light and all of thefuses in the center fuse panel are DEAD but good fuses. There is no power there. My Haynes manual says there is a direct connection to both of my problems in this center fuse panel.

How is thecenter fuse panel powered? What could have happened that caused the loss of power to the center fuse panel? If I can figure that out, I think I my problem will be solved.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
