my shifter just started to get rough to shift this morning.seem,s like it's hard to shift especially when it's coming out of park.can anyone help me on this situation?

 

When did you last have the transmission serviced and fluid changed? If it's been a while then it's a good place to start.

Otherwise it's either an electronic issue (a solenoid or the electronic selector) or a mechanical one. Others will chime in, but you may wish to modify the title of your post to something like "1993 xj6 (xj40) transmission selector help" to attract more attention.
