My 1993 Jaguar will not turn over. Checked and the battery was dead. I jumped it and it started fine. Ran good, parked overnite and then no turning over of the engine. Next day tried to jump it again and power got to everything but it would not turn over. Removed the battery and had it fully recharged. Shop said the battery was perfect. Car still would not turn over. Checked and reset the alarm system and the car will still not engage the starter. Is there a specific fuse I should be checking or sequence of fuses? Any help would be appreciated as I am a long way from a Jaguar dealer and at this point the car would have to be towed.

PS I have removed the power seat fuses as I am also having trouble with the seat modules (seats moving on their own and the drivers seat not wanting to go backward and the drivers seat main motor gets hot.

 

When I apply 12 volts to the solenoid the car starts. So the starter is fine. Any solenoid I should check?

 

I would check for relays or a bad ignition switch.
