I Tried to flush the break fluid today following the procedure in the Haynes manual, but not getting anyware. Having researched online including here the procedure should include ingition on when doing rears. no one online mentions the procedure in the Haynes manual of pressing the brake peddel 20-30 times to release pressure, should this step be ignored?

 

-Ignition on
-have helper pump pedal
-you open bleed nipple at each caliper
-have nipple connected to tube into used fluid container
-refill master cylinder with fresh fluid as you go

Start at RR-RL-FR-FL wheels.
