I have a dual problem that may be coincidental (I don't believe in coincidence). The AC blowers don't work and the audio speakers don't work.
RE the A/C the blowers stopped working. I installed a new micro switch in the A/C control (ITW part 19N403DI kit JLM11240) A/C compressor energizes, blowers don't work.
At the same time I began having the A/C trouble the speakers in my Alpine CDE-172BT A/M audio replace stopped working. I spliced the speakers into the factory wiring. With the head unit I have hot and switched power, everything works but the speakers. Factory ground problem or...? I am seriously considering rewiring the speakers and eliminating the factory wiring/common ground. Any advice...?
