Car had trouble starting, needed to pump gas to get it to start to take it for an oil change. While getting the change, we asked the people to put a new filter in which caused the leak which probably was already there based on the trouble starting to get exponentially worse, and ended up needing to take it to the dealer and get the fuel lines replaced because the old ones were decrepid, rusty, and just all out terrible.

Just wondering if anybody has had this similar problem...and maybe a good heads up for those of you to get down there and make sure everything looks okay.

 

mine look pretty rough but are solid and didn't let go when I did the fuel filter earlier this year. If they end up needing replaced though I'll break out the bender and spend a weekend underneath. I cringe at the thought of how much the dealer would charge.
