Blowen head gasket

Can someone walk me threw on how to pull head on a 1993 jaguar xj6. I have a blown head gasket.I have pulled a few heads in my time but never a Jaguar 6 cylinder.

yes buy an online manual or get jtis, theres a link around here somewhere, you need pics and accurate descriptions. not a walk along
