Default brake system please help!!!!

Replaced the two front rotors and pads to my 94 xj6, ever sense I now gte the abs light and brake light staying on which keeps the brake pedle up. it's like driving without power brakes. the all of a sudden evrything is back to normal, brake is fine and wornking, then again while driving back on comes the abs and brake light and this continues evryday. Does anyone have an idea. I have bleed the brake line what else could it be????? by the way sometimes I hear under the seering colum (dash) a relay that clicks contant, is that were the abs relay switch is located , maybe it's bad. please help....

i think the abs relay is in the trunk
driver side
common fault is the relay power terminal solder point becomes loose from circuit board in the relay
i"ll check to verify location of relay

The ABS relay is under the dash, left side, mounted on a bracket on the LH blower motor. Turn the key on, don't start the engine, you should hear the brake pump run for maybe 20 seconds and then shut off when the "Brake" and "ABS"lights go out. There is a pressure switch on the accumulator housing that tells the pump when to come on. You likely have a problem with the pressure switch, or the pump itself is intermittantly failing.

You're welcome. If the pump isn't running, test it for power supply. These pumps are very reliable, but I have seen one fail. Contact me privately if you need a good used one.
