Default cam gear removal

Anyone know of a good way to get the cam gears off of my 3.6????

Have everything else off....

Oh!!!

Need headbolt torque specs too!!!

Just remove the 4 bolts(after flattening the locking tabs) then a light tap and they should come off. Before starting stuff some rags into the timing chest so as not to drop anything down below.I would recomend getting a haynes manual and study it,also maybe a cam locating tool.
