Car stalled on freeway

Car stalled on freeway
I was driving at 70MPH on the freeway and my car just stalled. I have checked for spark and i am sure fuel is getting to the fuel rail. The car will crank but wont start. the Transmission light in the upper right corer is blinking while i crank the motor? Any ideas? this is a 1994 xj12
