Default dead pixel line in dash

full row not working
The pic says it all. Full row of pixels not working. The rest of the dash works. Any ideas?
This is one of the last things that need fixing (for now)

There is a good chance, just about every electrical plug I have pulled apart was covered with green tarnish. I havnt touched any of the dashboard stuff as its all working except for that one dead line. Im wondering ifs its a common earth for the entire row.

More than likely a connector pin is oxidized in the plug or on the board.
