Problem -- Passenger and panic only locks 3 doors, EG --

All the door locking Actulators work -- from the drivers door.
If Using the key in the Passengers door or push down on the Passenger locking button only 3 doors lock -- the Passenger and the two rear -- these Lock.
Driver does Not.
Same by pushing the dash panic button -- the 3 Passenger doors lock the Drivers Does Not.

Anyone have any Ideas
