Default Engine suddenly stops

I've had my '94 XJ40 suddenly shut down. Its happened a few times after short warm-up and about a block away, the engine shuts off while in drive, starts right up, and runs fine. Yesterday, I had jump started the car and was letting it run to charge the battery up. About 5 minutes passed and the engine suddenly stopped. It started right back up and ran fine but I'm worried about this condition.

Any ideas?

(new plug wires, new ignition module, new fuel pump, new crankshaft position sensor, new fuel pressure regulator)

Thanks in advance,

David
