Default Gyser

Anti-Freeze explosion under the hood while driving. White 90 Sovereign.
If this happens to you, and all hoses look ok, look for the one that connects between the water pump (back of housing) and the water pipe under the intake manifold. What a PITA. It is a complete b***h to get at. You need to take off quite a bit of hardware to get at it. Fuel rail, intake manifold, air pump, MAF, air cleaner and a host of others. Once you get that manifold off your going to just barely get your hand in there to get that hose off. Easy 4-6 hours work to replace a 8 inch common hose. If you ever have too take that intake manifold off, replace that hose while you are there.

Did that hose about 3 weeks ago. Still working on it ..... I don't get more than half an hour at a time on the job. Nearly there though.
