Default help new to this - xj6 1988 brake fluid leak

Hello,
I am new to this forum. We have an xj6 that had a brake fluid leak - more like a dump- about 2 months ago. Took it in and the shop could not find any leaks!? Filled it and no leaks since - till today - again a sudden rush of fluid and brakes mushy quick. Any ideas????
Thanks!

Sounds like an XJ40 vehicle, so maybe someone in the upper level will move it to the XJ40 forum to maximise responses.

Whilst that "move" takes place, WHERE is the dump, front/rear/right wheel/left wheel/ engine bay. This will help all concerned identify which component MAY be the culprit, and stop a lot of guessing.

Hi, as Grant says, it would help if you could narrow down where the offending fluid came from.

Sorry. The leak seems to be from right front engine bay. Thanks

That would be the hydrualic assist in the right front.
