HELP! no start

Default HELP! no start

Heres the thing. Was letting bro borrow my car and i thing he broke the lock cylinder by forcefully turning the kep but he said he didnt. SYMPTOMS are when i turn the key the radio coems on and the windows will work. But it wont start and the dash lights wont come on. and no cranking what so ever. Battery is perfectly fine. Any suggestions?

foudn out what it was. some how the inerta switch tripped.

looked at the wirign diagram and and it goes, ignition switch, inertia switch, etc. i just started at the begining. took the panel under the driver side dash and tried finding it and puched the reset button then boom... it turned over lol.
