I think Im going to cry
Yea, you guys aren't going to believe it but I sold it....after all the going back and forth for almost a year. I sold it yesterday to someone down in PA. I've realized that Jags really dont hold their value and I needed to do what I had to do and ask thousands less for her than I originally anticipated...all in all the gentlemen thought my $4000 BIN option was more than fair, anything less than that wasnt going to include my Alpine sound system. But either way she is officially sold. A cashiers check deposit is on its way and in another couple weeks the love of my life will be gone...
4 years is a long time, Ive had that thing since high school and so many years of pain, love, and of course $$$$ has gone into it. Was it worth it? EVERY PENNY...now it's time to move on and I have the rest of winter to really think about whether I want to pursue the XJR6 that I've always wanted or stick with the last year for the XJ40, find one with less miles and ALL the options this time and in excellent condition..
And dont think for a minute I'm leaving this forum even if I dont get another Jag until April or May...you guys arent getting rid of me that easily...
and everyone on here has been extremely helpful since I joined..
On the plus side now I'll be able to park my mint E30 in the garage for the rest of winter. No more scraping ice and snow!
Man it kills me to let that Jag go..I know it's going to truely hit me when he pulls away with it the day he ends up picking it up...[&:]

Your bailin on her already? haha. Didnt you just get yours not too long ago? It really is hard letting go after youve owned one for so long but thats why I got plans for the bigger and better XJR6 Ive always wanted...

The bimmer is such a tank in the snow. Has awesome mpg and of course the heated seats make me one happy camper. Plus it was and is my 1st 5spd car and it never gets old. Its def not the fastest car on the planet but its still a blast to drive (minus city driving) cuz ppl are so dumb downtown...
