After the misfortune of buying a 94 xj6 only to have it totaled within 3 hours, I found another and I'm ready to get at it! I bought a 90 VDP. I can handle 99% of the cosmetics and body stuff, but will need assistance mechanically.
I see the thread on the "fuel 39," code in which I have as well. She runs great! First thing is this tricky color code " CBC 9470," I have searched everywhere for that code and come up empty. I believe it to be Satin Beige Metallic, let me know if that is correct please. She needs work so be prepared to use the skills you've acquired all these years in helping me resurrect a real winner. Thanks much!

In the FAQ at the top you will find the Jaguar Paint colour codes, however this code does not seem to be in there, and the Satin...... has a different code.

Thank you. I didn't find the code that I had found here on the forum either. I found the code under the VIN in the door jam. Another place I should look? The car is brownish gold.
