I pulled the dash and replaced the two burned out lights that cost like $25 bucks, rip off.

That did not fix the problem and although I have not taken the dash apart I am betting the new bulbs are now toast too.

The dimmer switch seems to work as it does dim the odometer, any ideas as to what may be causing this? I think this is on a 3amp fuse which is fine and tested good?

Any help appreciated, hard to hold a flashlight and drive at night, ha ha

 

I am in the process of switching over to led bulbs for my 00' XJR. There are 4 small bulbs (T5) and 4 larger bulbs (T10). I found a website dealer that sells a variety of colors and brightness. Much cheaper (and cooler) than the dealer option.
