I've moved your question from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to XJ40 forum as you've already posted an Intro.

This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Hi shtekler,

As far as I know, neither Jaguar nor Alpine (the manufacturer of the radio) offer replacement displays. However, if you have the necessary knowledge and soldering skills, it may be possible to source a new display from one of the electronics suppliers like Mouser, Digi-Key, MCM Electronics, etc.

An easier solution would be to purchase a good working salvaged radio on eBay. Just carefully compare the photos of the face plate controls and the rear panel connectors to your existing radio, and be sure the seller can supply the security code for the salvaged unit.

Cheers,

Don
