Default Low Beams/Bulb Failure

I have four headlights and the issue I'm having is that the low beams (outer beams) do not work. If I turn on the high beams, all four headlights turn on just fine. I had this problem before, on only one side though, and ended up having to replace the replay module. This time around, I do not know what's the problem.

What I've tried...

I replaced both relay modules

checked fuses. all fine

checked that the filaments in the low beams were intact, as I understand these have two filaments. one for low beam, and one used when high beams are on along with the inner beams. filaments seem intact.

not letting it to chance, I replaced both on the low beam head lamps

new modules, new headlamps and still have the issue.

Am I missing something? Is there something else I can check?

What I've been doing for night driving for now is I disconnect the high inner beams, and simply switch on my high beams. The light output seems to be about the same on that other filament, it's just a little high on the road.

There are three relays under the passenger side footwell, just under the glove box there is a cover ,unscrew it and you will those those big main relays . Have them checked out , those might be culprit as well
Keep us updated , hope this helps

You have an idea what they look like? I didn't get a chance to look at them. Reason I stalled a bit is to make sure I know exactly where you are talking about. Is it right underneath the glove box? Where I'd have to remove the the trim? Technically called the under scuttle pad. Or is it below all that, close to where the passenger's feet would lie?

I was going through my parts catalog and couldn't find relays in that area, they aren't really labeled where they come from anyways. Just close ups of the parts. Anyways, reason I asked if you now what they look like is to see if these are it...

Or are you talking about the fuse box? As you can see from the pic below, I compiled the list of parts into a single page. Just the the one before. Same diagram, but the list was put in two pages. There's a diagram for just one fuse box btw, shouldn't there be two? Since there's on on each side? There's is however a diagram for the fuse box in the center console.

I'll check that out and get back. Just to make sure, I do get the "Bulb Failure" error on the display center.
