Default MAF voltages

Gday

I have a question regarding my MAF sensor voltages

My 91 sovereign 4.0 has given me a fuel fail 23 code and she is running rich.
Checking the MAF sensor I get these results
(pin 1 is the front of car)
pin 1 and 2 is 0.03v
pin 3 with igg on and unplugged - 0.06v
igg on plugged in - 0.55v
at idle - 2.15v
increasing revs - voltage increases
pin 4 is blank
pin 5 is 12v with igg on and almost 14v at idle

that all seems right to me

pin 6 with igg on and unplugged - 5.02v
igg on and plugged in - 1.15v
at idle - 1.15v
and increasing revs stays at 1.15v

I read in this post https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=10724 that this is the ECU Supply 5.0 VDC and that it will typically increase towards 5V as engine revolutions are increased That of which mine is not doing.

My question is are these the readings I should be getting or is pin 6 why I am getting the Fuel fail 23 code and running rich
If this is the problem will I need to replace the MAF sensor or will cleaning it be sufficient
What should I do?

Thanks in advance
