I'm lost

Firstly, welcome to the Forums.

When time permits, please do an Intro in the New members Area.

That 1994 V12 would be an XJ40 and a 6ltr???

With all you have done I suspect a few things.

Thermostats are NOT closing the by-pass ports, common on the 5.3, but the 6.0 has a different set up from memory??

The dash gauge and/or sender are giving a false reading, VERY common.

A repost/reask in the XJ40 section will certainly get more answers than in this "general" area.

I will look at my notes etc later, but work summons at the moment.

Welcome to the forum Jshinsky,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XJ40/XJ81 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.
