Ok quick update.
All four windows were due to a fuse panel issue. Had 12v's at all fuse positions but the actual fuse panel was bad so all four were put on a add a block fuse panel atached to each oem panel.
$10 solution to the problem and more then adequte for myself.
I will be posting a new thread as to a new issue the car has. Would be appriciated if anyone could lend a hand to the issue.
