radio on no sound

The battery was dead fpr a while so I had to put in the code for the radio, and its tuning to a radio frequency but now sound....yes a turned the volume (left hand on/off knob) clockwise...lol . Any ideas gents?

Did you use PSS/SAM (Pre-set Signal Scan / Signal Auto Memory) button after entering the unlock code?

Pressing the button for less than 2 seconds mutes the audio output.
