Rear doors
I just purchased my neighbors 1992 Jaguar vanden plas and all my doors open from the the inside but both rear doors won't open from the outside any ideas on what's causing this

The handles or internal mechanisms are broken. Common issue on the XJ40 - once you get them fixed/replaced (ebay) good to open the doors regularly ..all the bits on these cars need to be used pretty often, sitting destroys these 40's.
