Just found one of the rear wheel studs missing that I'm quite sure the creep at the tire shop stripped out and didn't bother to come clean and just put the hubcap back on.
Is there any chance of re-tapping the hub and maybe using a helicoil? I'm wide open for suggestions!!! Also, Where would I find another lug nut and stud?

 

I re-tapped and installed a helicoil on one right rear stud. It is still holding after ten years. Torque spec is 70 pound feet, I tighten to "snug" by hand and have never had
a problem with the repair. BE ADAMANT with your repair shop, NO IMPACT wrench, torque wrench only! SNG Barratt can provide you with lug nuts and studs.
