Hello my right tail light and both my license plate light have died? Was fixing with the tail lights and short circuit the wires so that the fuse when like two times but then when I accidently did it again the fuse didn't go out but the lights did go out? Wasn't more than the wires touching for like one second. Now I don't know what to check? I don't have the module inside of the car, have the modules in every corner of the car so could it be one of them? I have opened the module on the side where it's not working and if i manually connect the relay to the tail lights they start, but they don't do it of i just flip the switch..?

Are the module broken?

Try swapping the rear modules left to right. If the problem follows, you have confirmed the module has a problem.
Left and right modules are the same.

 

If you need a spare I have them available.
