Default Smaller Steering Wheel for XJ6?

I checked the posts and couldn't seem to find anything on installing a smaller diameter , 15" or so (prefer OEM Jaguar wheel) on my 91 XJ6. Anyone out there attempted this and if so, what year/model wheel will fit with minimal issues. Just can't warm up to the city bus sized wheel.

Thanks, Mac

Maybe an XJRS steering wheel? Not sure of the diameter, but much more sporty.

Here's one on eBay, and can be ordered in a few different colors to match your interior.

Sent them a inquiry on the diameter. Will post when I get the info.

The wheel is 14 3/4" in diameter and available in many colors including black. About $65 to ship to US and $250 for the wheel. Might be a new wheel in my future.

Do you happen to know the original wheel's diameter? It sure would give these cars a better feel when driving. You're right, it really is bus-sized. Everyone who's driven my car has said something about the oversized steering wheel.

Mine is 16". Wish it had a tilt feature too but that's a big mod. Might be able to shim the coluum mount down a bit to take away some of the angle.

I also measured several newer cars/trucks in our shop and they are all about 15" and the rim is much thicker too.
