Is there any proof that while cranking an engine that won't start, that if the tach is working while you are cranking that your crank sensor is good?

you should have spark as well if the ckps is good, disconnect your tps it may be wet with oil thus shorting inside and giving the ecu a flood condition where it shuts down the injectors.
