where are the ABS relays located
Resently I posted (Brake system please help!!!) Ihave been trying to resolve an issue with the system, I have found out that the Pump is working when I place dirrect current to it, which now leads me to believe that there is a Relay in the brakinmg system that is intermitingly working, SEE MY POST ON THE ISSUE. Anyways my question is whre are the relays to the brake system of 1994 jaguar XJ6 located. this is a U.S. car, thanks

Hey you are in luck my friend! I just bought the Haynes manual for our 93/94 cars the other day. Theres 2 ABS relays shown on the wiring diagram. One is ABS Main (white on top/black bottom) and other is ABS pump relay (all yellow).

My computer is lame or this site. lol. Had too much typing for one post...According to this diagram they sit next to each other directly below the overhead dash piece covering the speedemoter area. At first it looked like they should be visible below windshield after popping the hood...checked..NOTHING!! The pic in this book does show them on the windshield so Id have to safely assume directly under that area of dash? Hope this helps a little man!
found the two relays and will be replacing the acvcumulator relays, The cost is $43,00 from jag. thanks everyone for the information I will keep posted once the system is back and running correctly.
I see that the relays for the abs system are supposed to be located under the passengers kick panel on my RHD XJS but the previous owner has seen fit to swap quite a few of the relays. I did not have a yellow relay located under the dash. I had a white with black bottom relay there. The yellow relay has larger prongs than the white and black one and it fits in the space where the white relay was. is the first relay on the left supposed to be the yellow relay? Does anyone have a photo of the relay area under the dash for a 1994 xjs so I can see how many relays are wrong?
