car not well get in the car put key in to start it and the washers go on car starts and stater will not stop centel locking not working all indercater stop on and do not flash and have to take lead off battery to stop it any one no whats up with i need help thanks

From trying to decipher the above, I would have to say that your problems could be either electrical, or mechanical.
