i have a 1979 daimler xj12 ,the car has been stood for 4 years approx and the last owner drove the car into the garage.The issue now is the car will start then splutter within a second or two and stop.I have cleaned and pumped fresh fuel through all the fuel lines and have fuel up to the fuel filter at the engine,i was thinking the cold start relay was the issue but am i missing something obvious?,any advice greatly appreciated
