Only one choice on the transmission. That is the BW66. If doing a filter change, you would need around 5 quarts of Type F.

Only a Borg Warner 66 for the stright sixes, (XJ6) but the V12 (XJ12) used a GM box; was it called "Torqflite" ?

No, the V12 had a Turbo 400 GM box. But, the Series 3 was never available in the US in the V12 model.
