1990 Daimler Jaguar V12

I have a Daimler Jaguar double six 1990. Have no owners manual and there is a flashing red light on right (right hand drive) door pillar next to dashboard.
Can anyone tell me what it is.

Not ringing any bells.

Maybe something related to an alarm system?

Same here.

Our mob fitted similar as a dummy alarm activation LED, fooled some of people some of the time.
