1992 XJ6 Selling Tips Please
Hi my name is Denise,
My Mom inherited a forest green 1992 Jaguar XJ6 with 120,000 original miles when her husband passed away 6 years ago. She has held onto the car for sentimental reasons but worries that the car will waste away if she does not sell it to someone who will use it more.
While the car has two small rust spots that worry her, the engine is powerful and the car still beautiful and in good working order. I think she might be willing to sell the vehicle for the value of the engine, alone... though I can't be sure.
I have agreed to help her find a qualified buyer. Can you please advise of any tips or advice that we might use to find my step father's cherished car a new home?

Denise,
take good pictures all around the car and the interior,
place ads in different free classified places like your local Craigslist, and in Jaguar forums like this one. Do not put your name of phone number in ads, instead say:
"if interested please send your name and phone number, we will get back to you".
Do not reply to messages without a phone number, it's probably a spammer. If they don't read the ad, they are definitely a spammer.
Good luck.
